Everything people ask about networks, trials, billing and how the publishing queue behaves.
Which social networks can I connect?
You can publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn profiles and pages, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Google Business Profile. You can also bring content in from RSS feeds and have it scheduled out automatically, which is useful if you already publish a blog or newsletter.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a free trial, and the length depends on which plan you choose. On monthly plans it is 7 days for Starter, 10 days for Growth and 14 days for Agency. Yearly plans come with longer trials of 14, 21 and 30 days. Lifetime plans have the longest, up to 60 days on Agency. During the trial you get the complete platform, not a reduced version.
What is the difference between Starter, Growth and Agency?
The tools are the same on all three plans. What changes is how many people can use them, and two extras. Starter includes 2 team members. Growth includes 5 team members plus the URL shortener and watermarking. Agency includes 15 team members with the same extras. Full access to the publishing features, AI Studio and support is included on every plan, so you are choosing capacity rather than u...
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Starter is 19 dollars a month, or 190 dollars for a year, so you pay for ten months and get twelve. Growth is 39 dollars monthly or 390 dollars yearly, and Agency is 79 dollars monthly or 790 dollars yearly. Yearly plans also come with a longer free trial than their monthly equivalents.
What are the lifetime plans?
A lifetime plan is a single payment instead of a subscription: 149 dollars for Starter, 299 dollars for Growth and 599 dollars for Agency. You keep access without a recurring bill. Lifetime plans also carry the longest trials, at 30, 45 and 60 days respectively.
What is AI Studio?
AI Studio is the artificial intelligence layer built into the platform. It drafts captions, rewrites a post in a different tone, generates opening hooks, and produces variations of the same idea shaped for different networks, so one idea can become a week of content. It is included on every plan. There is no separate AI subscription to buy on top.
Will the AI publish things without me seeing them first?
Not unless you deliberately set it up that way. By default the AI produces drafts and variations, and a person approves them before anything reaches a live account. The review step is part of the normal workflow rather than an optional extra, which matters most when several people or clients are involved.
Can I manage several clients or brands separately?
Yes. Workspaces keep each client's connected accounts, media library and approval chain apart from every other client, and roles control who can see or publish what. This is what the team member allowance on each plan is for: 2 people on Starter, 5 on Growth and 15 on Agency.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
It appears in the queue marked as failed, with the reason attached, instead of disappearing quietly. Most failures come down to a connection that has expired or a network rejecting a particular format. You fix the cause and send it again, rather than discovering weeks later that a campaign never went out.
What is RSS automation?
You point the platform at a feed, such as your own blog or a news source you follow, and new items from that feed are turned into scheduled social posts automatically. It is the simplest way to keep content flowing on quiet weeks without writing something new every day.
What do the URL shortener and watermark do?
The URL shortener turns long links into short ones so you can see how many people clicked and keep captions tidy. Watermarking adds your logo to images automatically as they publish, so your work stays recognisable when it gets reshared. Both are included on the Growth and Agency plans.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. Connect an account, write or generate a post, choose which networks it goes to, and pick a time. The parts that sound technical, such as queues, automation rules and proxies, are optional. They only start to matter once you are publishing at volume, and you can ignore them until then.
Still deciding?
The trial needs no card, and you can see the whole platform before you pay anything.
